This is super sweet, yet incredibly awkward. On Thursday, hours before TE Eric Ebron became the 10th pick in the 2014 NFL draft, he dropped down on one knee at the Empire State building and proposed to his girlfriend, Brittany Roundtree.

I know that has got to be an extremely memorable experience, but that proposal was sort of weird, right? Him: “You love me?” Her: Yes, I love you” Him: repeats question several times and then asks her why is she being weird… ummm perhaps because you’ve asked me the same question like 50 times with all these cameras around.
The couple attended UNC together and Brittany plays shooting guard for the Tarheels.
We’ll chalk it up to nerves.
