Robert Griffin III’s third season in the NFL wasn’t supposed to start off like this. The Washington QB suffered a dislocated ankle on Sunday.
Washington matched up with the Jacksonville Jaguars. RGIII landed awkwardly on his left foot while attempting to avoid a tackle by Paul Posluszny and his ankle appeared to buckle under the pressure.
Griffin will undergo more tests today but he’s expected to miss four to five weeks. Washington won this match up 41-10.
