Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White finally got it together and did right by Dylan Holt. Holt was a fan who made a bet with White on Twitter about the outcome of the Duke-Mercer match up in the first round of March Madness.
Initially White had decided the bet wasn’t “real” and wasn’t going to pay up. Holt was actually ok with that but, after pressure from Twitter fans, White is not only paying up, he’s giving a little extra.

“I’m a man of integrity and definitely a man of my word, and the kid is a great kid,” he said. “We have talked about it for days while people were just speculating. And being a father, you have to be responsible for your actions. I have always been a ‘say what you do and do what you say’ type of guy. And I wanted to add some incentives because he was so cool.”
