NFL agent Drew Rosenhaus files grievance against Eagles DeSean Jackson

Desean-Jackson-

Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson has parted ways with agent Drew Rosenhaus. But now, Rosenhaus filed a grievance claiming Jackson owes him $400,000 in unpaid loans dating back to 2009. Jackson signed a five-year deal with the Eagles before the start of last season that had a potential value of $48.5 million. There are whispers that Jackson has interest in joining Roc Nation Sports and that being in a situation involving Jay Z would help boost his fledgling rap career and his label, Jaccpot.

Jackson was recently stated that he hasn’t made a choice on which agent he’ll be signing on with and had a little fun with the notion that it would be The Roc.

“I don’t know right now,” Jackson told reporters Tuesday. “It’s a lot of thoughts. The (reports) are what they are, but coming out of my mouth, I don’t know yet.”

Jackson cited “personal issues” for dismissing Rosenhaus, who negotiated a $51 million, five-year deal for him last March.

Jackson, though, owns a record label and is a hopeful rapper. Perhaps hiring a hip-hop mogul could help his music career.

“I don’t know, what do you think?” Jackson said. “I don’t know, man. Might be.”

And in other exciting news, this week during OTA’s, Jackson’s new head coach, Chip Kelly had him working with the second and third string.. to wake Jackson up OR because they’re unsure who their starting QB will be when the season kicks off and Jackson needs to have a connection with all of them. Certainly seems like it will be an interesting off season for him.
