Rick Ross says he’ll put $100K that Miami Heat will finish with better record than the Cavs

Rick Ross was a Miami Heat fan long before LeBron James took his talents to South Beach. Now that LeBron has returned home, Ross is still confident that his Heat will do better than the Cavs this season. Ross is SO sure in fact, he’s putting his money where his mouth is.

In a recent radio interview with HOT97′s Funk Flex, Ross was asked his thoughts on LeBron James leaving the Heat and returning to the Cleveland Cavaliers this summer in free agency. Ross says he was upset and confused when he first heard the news. He adds that he would “never” have returned to Cleveland if he were in LeBron’s shoes.

Ross goes on to say he still loves LeBron, even calling him “one of the greatest if not the greatest ever,” but says he “brings a lot of baggage, too.”

Near the end of the clip above, Ross predicts the Heat will finish ahead of the Cavs, and he’s willing to put up $100K his money up if anyone wants to take the bet: “We most definitely finishing better than the Cavaliers. I’ll put a 100 grand on that.”

Do you have the cash flow to get in on that bet with Ross?
