Clippers star Blake Griffin has been charged with one count misdemeanor battery, stemming from an incident that took place at Tao nightclub in Vegas.

The Clippers were in Las Vegas for a preseason game, Blake, Chris Paul, DeAndre Jordan and others were hanging out when a man allegedly snapping camera flicks claims Blake pimp slapped him.

According to the filing Wednesday in the Clark County District Attorney’s office, Griffin “wilfully and unlawfully used force or violence” on Oct. 19 on Daniel Schuman, squeezing Schuman’s hand and shoulder and/or slapping him on the face. According to reports at the time of the incident, Griffin was upset by camera flashes in his face and grabbed Schuman’s phone.

Per TMZ Sports, there is footage of the two men in some sort of confrontation, but not the “slap.” Should Blake be convicted, he faces up to six months in jail and a fine of $1,000.
