Estranged NFL running back Ray Rice was spotted out over the weekend with his wife Janay, days after TMZ released video footage of Ray knocking Janay out with a punch in an Atlantic City hotel elevator.
The couple attended Rice’s high school football game.
Public outrage forced the Ravens to terminate his contract and the NFL to place him on indefinite suspension. Rice is expected to appeal the suspension today (Monday.) The union has until 11:59 p.m. Eastern time Tuesday to respond to the league’s decision. The union is expected to reason that Rice was a victim of double jeopardy because he was initially punished two games, and then the league back tracked.

Rice blamed alcohol for the events of that night. He recently stated that he’s given up liquor except for the occasional glass of wine.
In the meantime, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has hired three women as “senior advisers” so the league can get a better handle on its domestic issues per NFL network’s Ian Rapoport.
Lisa Friel, Jane Randel and Rita Smith — will be tasked with “making a real difference on these and other issues” … so says the NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
