Pacers Lance Stephenson may have talked himself into to some trouble before Game 4 in the Eastern Conference Finals, when he said that he was in LeBron James head. So he made sure not to make the same mistake for Game 5. Instead, Lance decided to take a different approach to get into LeBron’s head, he blew in his ear.
