Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch signs 4 year, $31 million deal

Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch just signed a new contract with the franchise for a whole lot of skittles money. The four-year deal keeps Lynch in Seattle for 4-years and is worth $31 million with $18 million of that guaranteed.

Lynch is coming off of his best season as an NFL pro. He rushed for 1,204 yards and scored 12 touchdowns.

“We are excited to keep Marshawn as part of what we are building,” Seahawks general manager John Schneider said. “This is what we were hoping for when we acquired him from Buffalo.”
