Back in May, we announced Washington Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson was expecting a baby with girlfriend Kayla Phillips. Over the weekend, the two celebrated the impending arrival of DeSean Jackson Jr. – yes it’s a boy – with a football-themed baby shower.
DeSean’s new reality series on BET, “Home Team” also features Kayla. In Tuesday’s episode, his mother finds out that Kayla is pregnant – who she’s never met. If you want to catch up on the previous two episodes, check out my recaps: Episode 1 and Episode 2.
