Two moderate NBA free agency signings took place on Tuesday, the first day teams can reach out to both restricted and unrestricted free agent players. The Golden State Warriors – soon to be the San Francisco Warriors again – have agreed to a three-year deal with former Brooklyn Net Shaun Livingston.
Livingston had a great year for the Nets and the Warriors were paying attention. The guard agreed to a 3-year-$16 million contract.
Next up, former Lakers guard Jodie Meeks will take his services to the Eastern conference, agreeing to a 3-year-$19 million deal with the Detroit Pistons – get money, wins… eh, we’ll see.
Contracts cannot be officially signed until July 10th.
