Things of note:
- Golden State Warriors’ guard Stephen Curry was the leading vote-getter, passing up LeBron James.
- No KD or Russell Westbrook.
- Pau and Marc Gasol were voted the first brothers to start in the All-Star Game. Yes Pau Gasol is an all-star again after a four-year absence.
- Kobe was voted to into the All-Star game for the 17th time. But he tore a rotator cuff in his shoulder and is expected to be out for awhile.
