The Lakers will be introducing a new black jersey this season called, “Hollywood Nights” saluting the city’s entertainment industry and the influence it has on the Lakers franchise.

Random Lakers’ uniform fact; the Lakers are the only NBA team that doesn’t have a white home uniform- they wear white jerseys on home Sunday games, but that’s it. This season will also mark the debut of short-sleeved Lakers jerseys. The Warriors were the first team to rock those during the 2012 season.

Yuck. I wish the league and Adidas would “stop trying to make Fetch happen” with these short sleeved jerseys. That’s not basketball. Nor are they attractive.
