Bucks OJ Mayo ejected for shoving Pelicans Greg Stiemsma [video]

OJ-Mayo

Bucks guard O.J. Mayo was ejected Friday night for shoving Pelicans center Greg Stiemsma during Milwaukee’s 112-104 loss. Late in the first quarter, Stiemsma set a screen on Mayo. Mayo responded by grabbing Stiemsma and throwing his forearm into Stiemsma’s throat area.

 

Mayo said following the game that he reacted too strongly.

“I reacted the wrong way and handled it for sure the wrong way,” Mayo said

**UPDATE**

Mayo has been suspended one game for the flagrant 2 foul.
