Dallas Mavericks star Dirk Nowitzki after a little but of controversy was able to throw out the first pitch at game three of the World Series between the Texas Rangers and St Louis Cardinals. Remember, Dirk has done this before. This time, his pitch was about 67 MPH, not bad for the finals MVP. Check it out

The NFL was also in the house. The St. Louis Rams-in town to take on the Dallas Cowboys today- were also in attendance as their Coach Steve Spagnuolo took the team as a surprise and also for a bit of inspiration.
