Shaq and Charles Barkley have selected their teams for the 2012 NBA Rising stars challenge- the revamped rookie-sophomore challenge. There were also two late additions to the draft pool. Knicks sensation, Jeremy Lin and Heat rookie Norris Cole were added to the mix.
Even though Shaq’s squad has a million point guards, I’m assuming his team will take this despite Chuck’s more balanced roster. The game airs on Friday, February 24th at 9:00 PM EST/ 6:00 PM PST
The NBA is trying to bring the interest back in the Friday and Saturday night events. I like the change to the challenge.
