Estranged Clippers owner Donald Sterling may have fallen to the back of your collective conscious, with so many other items fighting for your attention. But Sterling IS still the owner of the Clippers and is currently in litigation with his wife Shelly, over her ability to sell the team to Steve Ballmer for $2 Billion.

Interim CEO Dick Parsons testified on Tuesday that if Doc Rivers remained as owner of the Clippers, their head coach and President of Basketball Operations, Doc Rivers would quit.

There was no time frame given for how long Doc was willing to wait the process out. Ballmer reportedly met with Sterling at his home in Beverly Hills on Monday. A deal was struck between the Sterling trust and Ballmer in May.
