Reggie Bush Suing The City Of St. Louis

We may have seen the last of veteran 49’ers running back Reggie Bush. Last week during a game against the St. Louis Rams, Reggie’s season ended prematurely after tearing his MCL following a freak accident at the Edward Jones Dome.


Bush slipped on a concrete surface that surrounds the field. He’s the second player this season to have an accident because of the surface.
Bush is now suing the city of St. Louis – the owners of the stadium via the city’s Sports Authority and Convention Bureau. He has retained the services of high-powered attorney Shawn Holley.

Bush’s suit will likely seek gross negligence.
