The Sacramento Kings have fired head coach Mike Malone. The Kings have lost the last seven of nine without center DeMarcus Cousins whose dealing with the effects of viral meningitis.
Malone and management have been on two different pages throughout his entire tenure with the Kings. Owner Vivek Ranadive purchased the team after Malone was hired. He reportedly wanted the Kings to play a faster style of basketball.
