Jerry Jones Sued By Former Stripper For Sexual Assault

Jerry-Jones-Lawsuit

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is a showman. Always known for behavior that’s a bit left of center, the latest allegations are connected to the photos released in August of Jerry and two strippers.

A woman named Jana Weckerly, a former stripper, has accused Jones of sexually assaulting her. The alleged incident took place in 2009 and Weckerly is also claiming the Cowboys assisted in a cover up of the assault.

Weckerly claims Jones touched her inappropriately on her breasts and behind, and also received oral sex from another woman while she was in the room. To view the entire complaint, go HERE Weckerly is seeking $1 million and says she is in fear for her life. Jones’ lawyers claim that this is a shakedown:

“These allegations are completely false,” attorney Levi McCathern said in a statement. “The legal complaint is unsupported by facts or evidence of any kind. This is nothing more than an attempt to embarrass and extort Jerry Jones. This is a shakedown by a lawyer who is a solo practitioner just trying to make a name for himself. The alleged incidents would have been more than five years old.

“We intend to vigorously contest this complaint and expect it will be shown for what it is – a money grab. Due to the seriousness of these baseless allegations, we have also involved law enforcement.”
