Monta Ellis introduces himself to Milwaukee Bucks fans with an ad

Newly minted Bucks guard Monta Ellis took out an ad in a Milwaukee paper telling fans how excited he is to be with the Bucks franchise.

 

While I think it’s a nice sentiment. There were Golden State Warriors fans that supported him for the last 7 seasons in the Bay that I’m sure would’ve appreciated a shout out or thank you. Maybe I’m jumping the gun and he (or should I say his publicist or ghost writer) has something planned. The Bucks faced off against the Warriors on Friday night in Oakland. The guard received a standing ovation during the player intros.

 

And his new team walked away with the W in a game that was never even close for the Warriors.
