Floyd Mayweather’s 90-Day Jail Stint Pushed Back To June 1st

Floyd Mayweather now has 6 more months of freedom. The fighter was scheduled to begin a 90-day jail sentence today stemming from charges related to the domestic assault of his ex-girlfriend (and kid’s mother) Josie Harris.

Mayweather’s lawyer asked for the sentence to begin June 1st so that he’s able to fight on May 5th in Las Vegas (were he was set to serve the sentence) His lawyer cited the $100 million dollars that a Mayweather fight will bring to the city of Las Vegas as the reason for the request. No word on the opponent yet but it’s looking doubtful that it’s Pacquiao

Game, set, MATCH.

Floyd always seems to win. Boxing matches, jail time or his sports bets (he’s won over $800K since Christmas eve), losing doesn’t seem to work well for his agenda.

And have you seen the upgrade ring he purchased for his fiance, Shantel Jackson?

Can’t say he isn’t trying to stimulate the economy!
