Former NBA player Steve Francis has been accused of sexual assault by a 20 year old woman named Shauna Simien, who was signed to Francis label. The alleged event took place in Texas in May of 2010 when Stein went to Francis office to discuss her contract.
Simien claims she screamed for him to stop — and that’s when a few of her friends, whom she brought along for protection, rushed over to break things up. She immediately went to police and filed a complaint.
The case has been open for over a year though no charges have been filed. Sounds like one of those he says-she says situations. So far there’s been no response from Francis representatives.
