Both Lebron James and Dwyane Wade have recently made new home purchases in Miami.
Dwade opted for a 6 bedroom Mediterranean-style house on more than an acre with 150-plus feet of bay frontage for $10.6 Million. In the same gated community that Chris Bosh bought his house last summer. There’s a tennis court that he’s planning on converting to a basketball court, and a nearby spectator cabana with a wet bar. The property also has a one-bedroom guest house and a dog house with air-conditioning. There’s more than 13,000 square feet of living space.

Lebron purchased in Coconut Grove. His six bedrooms 8.5 bath 12,000 sq. foot home was a mere $9 million. The house sits on a 20,000-square-foot lot, which has a concrete dock that can fit two 60-foot yachts
