“Basketball Wives” Star Evelyn Lozada Has A Tell-All Novel In The Works

Look what former “video vixen” Karrine “Superhead” Steffans started. Add Evelyn Lozada to the list of budding authors. She joins several of her fellow Basketball Wives cast members with plans to author a book.

Evelyn is planning a series of books (shout out to Royce Reed and her book series, “College Girls”) called “The Wives Association” (Ironic) which will fictionalize some of her experiences dating a professional athlete – but through her alter ego character, Eve Inez-Landon.

“I have a bunch of journals from when I was in my previous relationship and I would write down everything that was going on of how I felt, or what was going on in my life. “And then when I started moving out, I found these journals and I started reading them. And I’m like, ‘Oh my God, this is crazy – everything that I went through!’”

Much of that relationship, with ex-fiance Antoine Walker, has already been in the gossip rags. “And all of it’s not bad, obviously, there’s good too,” she says of their run. “But I figured why not put all of this into a book – and people not know what’s real from fake.

I wonder how many wives, ex-girlfriends, other players etc. have cause for concern.

And for the official count (4 “wives” with Best selling author aspirations), Shaunie is planning on releasing a motivational type book, Tami has one in the works about her life experiences, Royce’s series and now Evelyn’s. Unofficially 6 if you include Jackie Christie from the upcoming L.A. spinoff and Liza Morales, Lamar Odom’s ex who turned down an offer to join.
