Russell Westbrook has ‘dunk of the year’ off Durant Ally-opp pass [video]

Russell Westbrook had the dunk of the night on Friday. The Thunder took on the Sacramento Kings and beat them 115-89. The dunk in the second quarter was off of a Kevin Durant lob.

 

Both KD and Kendrick Perkins think that dunk is eligible for dunk of the year.

“that was one of the most athletic plays I’ve ever seen,” Durant added. “I think it was probably the dunk of the year.”

“That dunk by Russ, that was nice. That was one of our best dunks of the year,” Perkins said after the game. “That was pretty nasty.”
