You can have all the talent in the world, but if there’s no chemistry, things usually don’t work out well. The Indiana Pacers haven’t been themselves over the last few months. They lost game one of the playoffs to the Atlanta Hawks but bounced back Tuesday night to take game two. Now comes word that prior to that opening game, two Pacers had a physical altercation.
Evan Turner and Lance Stephenson reportedly had to be separated by teammates after getting into a fistfight during practice. The two have struggled to get along since Turner was traded to the Pacers from the Sixers back in February.
…Luis Scola and David West finally grabbed an enraged Turner and separated Stephenson.
All young teams have to go through growing pains. The question is, will fans be patient with the Pacers if they end up anything short of the NBA finals.
