Indiana Pacers All-Star Paul George suffered sustained a horrendous right leg injury during a Team USA scrimmage on Friday. The injury happened as George was attempting to block a fast-break layup by James Harden. As he came down, his leg hit the bottom of the backboard stanchion and buckled. George was down on the court for about 10 minutes before he was taken out of the arena on a stretcher.
The look on players faces let you know that the injury was serious. Several NBA players took to Twitter and Instagram to send George prayers and well wishes:
