Monta Ellis signs 3-year deal with Dallas Mavericks

Essentially the Dallas Mavericks and Milwaukee Bucks have traded point guards. The Dallas Mavericks have signed former Buck Monta Ellis to a three-year-deal worth $30 million. The deal does included incentives with the minimum amount Monta could  receive being $25 million. Ellis averaged 19.2 points, six assists and 3.9 rebounds for the Bucks and a career average of 19.4 points. He began his eight year career with the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors traded Ellis to the Bucks to make room for Stephen Curry a couple of seasons back.

HIs old team the Bucks recently inked a new deal with the Mavs former point guard, OJ Mayo.
