The Birdman is back. At least for a limited engagement. The Miami Heat have signed forward Chris “Birdman” Andersen to a 10-day contract. In addition to Andersen, the Heat have also signed forward-center Jarvis Varnado for a second 10-day deal. Andersen last played with the Denver Nuggets but was released in March 2012.
