Kobe Bryant has more than his Achilles injury rehab on his mind. Per reports, Kobe jetted off to Germany for more platelet-rich plasma therapy to his right knee.

Kobe first had this procedure in 2011. His right knee has been problematic since 2003 when he first had arthroscopic surgery. He had it again in 2006.
