Dwyane Wade has been suspended one game for this kick to the groin of Bobcats guard, Ramon Sessions. The incident took place in the fourth quarter on Wednesday during the Heat’s victory against the Bobcats in Charlotte.
Following the game, Sessions indicated that he believed the foul was intentional. The NBA cited DWade “for flailing his leg and making contact with the groin” of Sessions.
DWade took to Twitter to defend himself and state for the record that he’s not a dirty player.
I’m far from being a dirty player + my intent was never 2 kick Ramon Sessions. I just reacted to the contact that I got from him….
