Derrick Rose is on the road to recovery from a knee injury suffered in last season’s playoffs. The guard was on hand for the launch of his Adidas signature shoe, the “DRose 3,” and while speaking broke down in tears watching scenes from his web series, “The Return”
Rose is a native of Chicago, a city that’s embroiled in violence right now. The fact that he’s made it out isn’t lost on him. Humility, is a great trait when it’s genuine. Who isn’t rooting for Rose’s return.
