As if her emerging from the waves in Bermuda wasn’t clue enough, singer Elle Varner confirmed her relationship with Knicks guard Iman Shumpert. Varner was spotted on the red carpet for the ASCAP Awards in LA and she’s clearly excited about her relationship with Iman. She indicated to Hip Hollywood that the two have been dating for awhile and she’s glad it’s finally out of the bag.
“He’s awesome, we’ve been friends for such a long time. Of all the guys that I’ve met throughout being in the limelight, he’s the one guy that really stuck it out and built a friendship with me, and it meant a lot. I’m glad I’m not hiding it anymore, it was a lot of work.”
Elle also sent her boo a birthday shout out on Instagram a few days ago.
