Roc Nation Sports certainly wants to make an impression on it’s new signees, while making an impression with those who are out in the world considering where they should go for representation. Tulsa Shocks’ Skylar Diggins graduated from Notre Dame over the weekend and received a surprise gift from “The Roc.” Diggins was gifted a brand new Mercedes Benz.
