Saturday night the unthinkable happened Saturday night in Juan Manuel Marquez vs. Manny Pacquiao match in Las Vegas. Pacquiao got knocked the F out like Craig did Deebo in Friday – overused reference, yes but absolutely fitting under the circumstance.
At the 2:59 mark in the sixth round, Marquez put Pacquiao on the mat.
This was the fourth time the two fighters have met with the previous three matches ending in decision with Pac coming out the victor. Pacquiao was down for about two minutes. He was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure.
I guess that Floyd vs. Manny match up isn’t quite so sexy anymore. Think it will happen now?
