It’s easy to crack jokes about Delonte West. He’s a “different” type of guy. But once you get beyond the surface stuff, you find a man that has been through a lot and in his NBA career including being homeless at the start of this NBA season.

Delonte West Goes Off On Twitter About Reporters, Divorce, Chicken & Escrow

Mavericks guard Delonte West and his past issues are well documented. For his part, Delonte has been open and honest about the situation and even good natured. But everyone has THAT point and West seemed to reach it Saturday night.
Following a game Saturday night, Delonte took to Twitter to vent about the way reporters have been treating him in Dallas and some of the very real struggles he’s encountered because of certain decisions he’s made:

It’s only pre-season but with 6 days until the NBA season kicks off. What you see is pretty much what you’re going to get. At least for the first few games. In a rematch of last season’s Western Conference finals, the Dallas Mavericks faced off against the Oklahoma city Thunder.

Boston Celtics Guard Delonte West is an “interesting” guy. So far during the lockout we’ve seen a video or two of him working on his rap mixtape and of course the actual tracks that’s he’s leaked.
But apparently he’s missing his NBA check so he went and filled out an application at a furniture company and is now employed by Regency Furniture. Check his application below:

Earlier this week it was reported that Celtics teammates Von Wafer and Delonte West had a fist to cuffs after a 2 on 2 game in practice. Now word comes that another squrimish took place after today’s session.
