JR Smith’s Emotional PostGame Conference Following Finals Win

JR Smith ends his 12th NBA season with a championship. If you have followed JR’s career you know that he was correctly labeled as one of the league’s bad boys. JR has dealt with suspensions, trades, China and Rihanna dissing him. Sunday night, JR took to the podium to reflect on what this victory meant to him, and how his parents unwavering support pushed him through.

Before Game 6, JR’s six-year-old daughter Demi was interviewed on camera and said she was just happy that her dad didn’t get kicked off the team.

The Cleveland Cavaliers did something that no other team in the history of the NBA had done, overcome a 3-1 deficit in the Finals.
Congratulations Earl III!
