Kobe Bryant hits 3-three-pointers in final minute of regulation against Raptors [video]

Kobe Bryant himself couldn’t even explain his performance on Friday night against the Toronto Raptors. Once again the Lakers played from behind, following their stunning comeback against the Hornets on Wednesday. The Lakers were down 11 points in the fourth quarter. Kobe hit three consecutive 3-pointers in the final minute of regulation to send the game into overtime.

In overtime, a Steve Nash 3 and then a final dunk by Vino sealed the game. Is your favorite NBA player doing this in their 17th season?

Following the game, Kobe said he was irresponsible with the ball all game so he had to do something to redeem himself. He had 9 turnovers. He ended the night with 41 points and the Lakers are now a half game behind the Jazz for the eighth spot in the West. Both the Jazz and Warriors loss on Friday.

We are witnessing greatness. I’m just going to put this out there now. If the Lakers somehow manage to not just make the playoffs but to get to the finas and ::gasp:: win. You’d have to legitimately have the discussion of greatest of all time. Jordan never went through a season like this…
