Just a year after the Miami Marlin brought in Ozzie Guillen from the White Sox. The team has fired the outspoken manager. Guillen’s season with the Marlins was marked by controversy, not because of what was taking place on the diamond but locker room drama and Ozzie’s remarks about Cuban dictator Fidel Castro.
Guillen had three years-$7.5 million left on his contract.
