Love is in the air once again. Congratulations are in order for Oklahoma City All-Star Russell Westbrook and his girlfriend Nina Earl. Russ put a ring on it Wednesday night. The $700,000 ring was designed by Jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills and is reportedly 6 carats.

The two began dating in college when both attend UCLA and played basketball. Nina recently completed her Masters degree in Psychology.

Of course they announced in on Instagram.
