The Heat knocked the Knicks out of the first round of the playoffs, 106-94 in 5 games. Miami move on to face off against the Indiana Pacers on Sunday at AmericanAirlines Arena. WHile on the court, it was absolutely LeBron James’ show , with 29 points, eight rebounds and seven assists.
Dwyane Wade chipped in 19 points and had this ensemble to offer in the postgame showcase. Styled by Calyann Barnett, the Jacket is YSL, shirt,pants and tie all by Tom Ford, shoes by Deltoro, personality frames via LA eyeworks , watch Hublot (naturally) and earring via Jason of Beverly Hills.
Thoughts on the look? I’m not enamoured with it. There’s a TIme Magazine article coming out that’s attributing the new “Nerd Swag” trend to NBA players trying to refine their image and President Obama’s influence. I’m going to say no, it’s a bit simpler than that. They’re developing a fashion pallet and much like everything else that happens with trends, it’s become a secret competition.
They must not have checked out my playoff fashion forecast or been paying attention last (NBA) season.
