18-time Olympic Gold medalist Michael Phelps is engaged! Phelps proposed to his longtime girlfriend,  former Miss California USA, Nicole Johnson on Saturday.

Phelps and Johnson, both 29, started dating in 2011. The two reportedly had an up and down relationship but reconnected over Thanksgiving last year following his time in rehab for a DUI arrest in October 2014.

 

“I’m gonna be a Mrs. @m_phelps00,”
