Late Saturday night/Sunday morning, OJ Simpson was quietly released on parole from a Las Vegas prison. Simpson spent the last nine years incarcerated for kidnapping and armed robbery.
Vegas PD released this short video to confirm his release. They took this approach to avoid a media frenzy. Simpson was shown wearing jeans, a jean jacket and white sneakers – retired dad variety – signing his release papers.
Initially it was said Simpson would return to Florida, but their attorney general wrote a letter stating they didn’t want a violent criminal with his past living there.
