The New England Patriots and Tom Brady faced off against the Miami Dolphins to open the 2011 season on Monday Night football.

Tom Brady set a Monday Night Football record throwing for 517 yards.

Wes Welker had a 99-yard touchdown reception

The Patriots took this one 38-24.

Of course, with several partial owners who also happen to be celebrities, there were a few there. Marc Anthony celebrated his birthday in a suite along with Will Smith, Dwyane Wade and rapper Pit-Bull.

Fergie was also on hand to check out her investment and sing the National Anthem.
