Lala Anthony has certainly been busy since she and Carmelo relocated to New York. She and BFF, singer Kelly Rowland recently did a spread for Shape magazine showing how best friends can work out together.

 

Beach workouts are one of my favorites (well actually, anything involving the beach, I LUV IT!!) I know I work out better with a friend… or my trainer. I need “Motivation”
