In a secret location in Downtown LA, Kobe Bryant “unleashed’ his latest shoe, the Kobe 8. Inspired by 2013 being “The year of the snake,” the shoe has snake scale touches throughout the shoe paying homage to the Black Mamba nickname Kobe’s adopted. Take a look at photos from the event and a video on the making of the shoe.

The event was hosted by Power 106’s Big Boy.
