Kim Kardashian‘s divorce from Kris Humphries has been a long drawn out affair. Kim was secretly deposed on Tuesday in L.A. for 9 hours. During the depo, Kim testified under oath that when she accepted Kris Humphries‘ proposal of marriage and said “I do,” she really did love him.
Kris wants an annulment in an effort to prove that Kim defrauded him with the marriage and that it was only done for ratings. Per TMZ, Kris’ lawyer didn’t get much to bolster those claims. Kris had the option to show up for the deposition but opted not to even though he wasn’t playing on Tuesday.
Humphries lawyer, Lee Hutton had threatened to blow the lid off of the Kardashian reality TV show but thus far, that threat has been a bust.
As for the reality show … we’re told Kim testified it played no part in her decision to tie the knot. Hutton, did not ask much at all about the reality show and whether it was staged.
