I LOVVVVVEEEE shoes. Not just my stilettos, SHOES. It’s interesting to watch jocks brag about their “red bottoms.” The men’s Louboutin line began showing up on many feet in early 2010. Before, you’d only see guys bragging about their J’s. Now they’re going hard perfecting their off court looks.
OKC Thunder guard Eric Maynor rocked a Louboutin loafer to the The Espys . Bucks guard Brandon Jennings showed off his collection on Twitter and his teammate Chris Douglas-Roberts (who refers to himself as “Fly-nol Richie” and “kicks James”) regularly post his favorites. He even will show you the pairs he’s over and plans to dispose of cause “they’re so ’09.”
And of course, you can’t forget Twitter’s ultimate “high-end shoe whore”, Chad Ochocinco, who regularly displays his “Loubies”, Louis Vuitton and Gucci footwear.
