Jay Z celebrated his 43rd birthday on December 4th. The transformation from random 90’s rapper in the shadow of Biggie and Jaz O has been astounding. One of the hallmarks of 2012 for Jay was the opening of the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

Jay released a documentary, “Where I’m from,” chronicling those shows and released ti via his  Life + Times website
